Do I need to make a reservation ?
Yes, all tours require reservations.
Do the tours get cancelled for weather ?
Tours are conducted rain or shine. However, should there be a weather event where public safety is at risk, the tour will be cancelled and a refund made.
Where does the tour start and end?
The tour starts and ends in the lobby of your hotel.
Is lunch included on the tour?
No, but your guide will recommend places to dine.
What will I need to bring with me on the tour?
Comfortable walking shoes, cameras and money for gift shops.
How long are the walks?
Depending on the tour, there may be some walking. However, the Metro can be utilized to make destinations easier to visit.
Can I tour the White House?
Yes you can, however Concierge Tours will not be able to guide you. Tour tickets are limited and can only be obtained through your local Congress Representative and after you and your entire party pass the Security Background check. Concierge Tours will take you to the White House and provide facts and stories regarding this iconic building. (Fun fact: The original name was not White House; it was ‘Presidential Mansion’.)
